Seesaw
was established in 2004 by Hong who wanted to create a comfortable
restaurant with experty prepared food served at a reasonable
price.
We started distinctive ingredient combinations and a love
of the premium hand-held meal.
We now bring you our delicious comfort food and knowledgeable
and friendly service at new locations in king's garden and
via delivery and catering.
We have hand picked all of our ingredients to ensure that
we serve only the best. Whenever possible we work with small
producers, use green market vegetables.
Our ingredients come from companies that share our commitment
to quality, including Dallmyr Coffee, Maniker Chicken, Kunkookfood,
DongwonF&B, Patisserie Hans
Conveniently closed to the Se-jong cultural center & MOFA,
Seesaw's cuisine features a comfort food with a wide variety
of choices. The dining experience gets better and more pleasantly
everyday.

시소는
2004년 광화문 경희궁의 아침 3단지 작은 공간에서 시작되었습니다.
기존의 샌드위치 개념을 넘어서 재료의 선택과 조리방법을 한단계 높인 고급 샌드위치를 선보였습니다. 공간의
협소함으로 인하여 주문 배달을 주로 하면서도 시소만의 색깔을 갖게 되었고 시소를 응원해 주시는 고객층이
만들어졌습니다. 이에 힘입어 음식뿐 아니라 음식을 먹고 문화를 즐길 수 있는 공간의 개념까지 확장하고자
2006년 시소의 새로운 자리가 마련되었습니다.
시소에서는 신선한 재료로 준비하는 오늘의 메뉴와, 계절별로 좋은 재료를 엄선하여 만든 특별메뉴를 준비하고
있습니다. 주문 혹은 방문하시면 바로 만들어서 드실 수 있는 간편식단에서, 색다른 느낌의 행사를 위한 다채로운
메뉴까지 시소에서 선보이는 모든 메뉴는 최고급 식자재만을 사용한 음식입니다.
일체의 방부제 및 제빵 개량제를 사용하지 않고 정성껏 발효시켜 굽는 샌드위치용 빵을 비롯하여, 최고급의
마니커 신선육과 베이컨과 햄을 생산하는 건국햄, 프레지던트 치즈, 데체코의 파스타, 직접 재배한 허브 등을
사용하며, 특히 직접 기른 베질을 사용하여 제대로 된 후레쉬 베질 페스토 파스타, 샌드위치, 파니니 메뉴를
준비합니다 시소의 대부분의 메뉴는 take-out이 가능하여 가정이나 야외에서 편하게 즐기실 수 있습니다.

The history of Dallmayr can be traced back over three centuries.
Dallmayr coffee has been a well-known name to people in Munich
for many years now.
As early as 1930, Dallmayr operated an "electric coffee
roaster" in its parent house on Dienerstraße. Now, as
then, customers are sold freshly roasted coffee in the coffee
department of the delicatessen each day.
